Returns
We have a 14-day
return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to
request a return. . To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same
condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its
original packaging.
Refunds will be
credited to the original method of payment. We will aim to make any refunds due
to you within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from
you.
We will inform
you either by e-mail or telephone when the refund has been processed.

We will email you a returns address label for you to print and return the item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be
accepted.

Damages and
issues
Please inspect
your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,
damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and
make it right. . Every item comes with the manufacturer's guarantee, however
this does not cover damage such as wear and tear or accidental damage.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
You can’t return Replacement
Lenses Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift
cards. Please note that we do not cover the cost of the
return postage.
Be sure to include the following with your returned item:

The spectacle case, cleaning cloth and any accessories that we provided you
with.
The goods are
your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it’s packed up properly
and can’t get damaged on the way! We recommend that you use a reputable courier
or Royal Mail and send the item Special Delivery
